Solid, fleshy roots and bases wave feather-like appendages upwards, growing from a dancing mass of forms One creature sporting numerous antennae gestures ecstatically toward the edge of the paper. Another gyrates on foot-like appendages. The plant-like beings are born of water and ink, applied loosely on paper in a homage to energy and the proliferation of life.
All drawings are Chinese ink and watercolour on Arches paper, in clear acrylic case, 41.5” high, widths of variable dimensions.
